# Les cotisations d'assurances

Il s'agit généralement des 2 cotisations suivantes :
* La cotisation payée au cours de l'année pour l'assurance habitation (propriétaire non occupant ou autres) 
* La cotisation d'assurance payées au cours de l'année pour couvrir le risques des loyers impayés.
